SALMON FETTUCCINE

 

2 Pillar Rock Pink Salmon flaking meat pouches (14 oz total)

15 oz fettuccine noodles (cooked & drained)

¾ cup chopped cooked vegetables (broccoli, onion & carrot)

½ cup chopped sun dried tomatoes

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¾ cup Italian salad dressing

1 Tsp olive oil

1/8 Tsp each salt & pepper

 

Heat the Pillar Rock Pink Salmon in a sauté pan with olive oil.  Add the cooked fettuccine noodles, vegetables, and tomatoes.  Cook for 4 minutes, until hot.  Add cheese and salt & pepper.  Ladle ingredients into a warmed bowl.  Add dressing and toss gently.  Serve with toasted crusty bread.  Serves 4.
