2 cans (10 ounce each) chunk chicken, drained
8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Ranch dressing (or Blue Cheese if preferred)
1/2 cup pepper sauce (I use Frank's Red Hot Wing Sauce)
1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 bunch celery, cleaned and cut into 4 inch pieces
Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook - stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with celery sticks and Tostitos
You can also get done much quicked using the mircrowave, as follows.
Microwave Directions: Prepare as above. Place in microwave-safe dish. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 5 min. until hot, stirring halfway through cooking.
