Wash chickpeas in a strainer, and then blot them dry with paper towels.
In a plastic bag, toss chickpeas with olive oil, and season to taste.
Try any or all of these
Spread on a baking sheet,
and bake at 400 F until browned and crunchy,
approximately 40 minutes.
after 35 minutes to decide when to stop baking.
Crisp is nice, but just beyond crisp they get really hard.
